Ready to transform your fitness? Here's what you need to know

Your biggest questions answered so you can walk into CrossFit 103 with complete confidence and start your fitness transformation today.

What can you expect during your No-Sweat Intro?

You’ll meet 1:1 with a coach for about 20 minutes. We review your goals, movement history, schedule, and tour the space. No workout—just a plan for your first 90 days and next steps.

Can you start even if you're new to CrossFit?

Absolutely not. Over half of our members were completely new to CrossFit when they started. Everyone begins with our LaunchPad On-Ramp program, so you'll learn foundational movements, scaling options, and how classes work before joining the community.

How do you book your first class?

Members book through the CrossFit 103 app (powered by Wodify). Traveling athletes can use the Drop-In button above, pick a class time, submit payment, and we’ll send arrival instructions plus the door code.

Can you use your Active & Fit benefits here?

Yes! Bring your Active & Fit membership ID to your intro. You’ll pay the program fee through Active & Fit and a monthly facility fee directly to us. You still complete LaunchPad before joining classes.

How can you train for HYROX competitions?

HYROX sessions run Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. Members can jump in at no extra cost. Non-members can purchase a HYROX Drop-In pass which unlocks the class, prep guide, and event registration tips.

Can your kids train here too?

Yes. Our Stronger with Sam youth program trains ages 10–17 in 8-week cycles focused on confidence, discipline, and movement fundamentals. Parents book a Youth Consult so Coach Sam can tailor the plan and share waivers.

How can you accelerate your results with coaching?

Absolutely. Nutrition coaching is led by Coach Sophia with flexible packages. Personal training is available with Coach Mike or the coach that fits your goals. Mention it on your intro form and we’ll bundle the right plan.

How can you track your body transformation?

We run Fit3D scans in-house. Members get exclusive access to discounted scans, and non-members can book individual sessions. Choose a time slot, receive prep instructions, and we’ll email the report with next-step recommendations.

What if you need to pause your membership?

Just email the front desk 14 days before your next billing date. We can freeze memberships for travel, injury, or season conflicts. When you’re ready to return, we’ll run a quick check-in to catch you up.

Coach Sophia Nguyen (CF-L1, Precision Nutrition L1) runs our nutrition services. She offers habit-based coaching, macro plans, and accountability check-ins.

Will you get a personalized nutrition plan?

We provide customizable frameworks and macro targets rather than rigid meal plans. Sophia offers sample menus and grocery lists aligned to your goals.

Who will give you 1-on-1 attention?

Coach Mike leads most personal training, but we match you with the coach best suited to your goals (strength, rehab, sport prep). Personal training sessions can be added to your unlimited membership for accelerated results.

Can you get the best of both worlds?

Absolutely. You can add personal training to your unlimited membership for the ultimate combination of group energy and individual attention. This hybrid approach accelerates your progress with custom accessory plans and bi-weekly 1-on-1 sessions.

Can you get a complete body analysis?

Absolutely. Members receive exclusive discounted scans; non-members can book individual scans or packages. Results include posture analysis, circumference changes, and progress tracking tools.

How do you get the most accurate results?

For best accuracy, schedule scans at the same time of day, wear fitted clothing, and avoid heavy meals or training 2 hours prior. Instructions arrive via email when you book.

We currently partner with Active & Fit. We’re not in the SilverSneakers or Renew Active networks yet, but we can provide invoices if your provider reimburses fitness memberships.
