HYROX Prep

Race-day ready strength and engine work.

We’re Staten Island’s HYROX affiliate. Thursday and Sunday sessions drill sled pushes and pulls, wall balls, ski ergs, and race pacing so you hit every station with confidence. Members train at no extra cost; visiting athletes can drop in or follow a six-week prep track.

Coach-led small groups run in eight-week cycles focused on athletic foundations, teamwork, and discipline. We keep the workouts fun, age-appropriate, and screen-free while giving parents clear progress updates every block.

Work one-on-one with Coach Mike or the specialist who matches your needs. Sessions include movement assessment, custom programming, and take-home work—plus odd-object strength like sandbags and carries—so you return stronger for class or crush the milestones you’ve been chasing.

Coach Sophia builds sustainable nutrition plans that align with your training load and lifestyle. Fit3D scans, check-ins, and habit coaching keep you accountable whether you’re in-season, rebuilding, or chasing a cut—and we sync the plan with class performance so you bring power to every wall ball, sled push, and lift.

Youth Strength & Conditioning
Stronger with Sam: Built for Staten Island athletes.

Coach Sam leads our youth roster through progressive eight-week blocks that blend strength, speed, and resilience. Every cycle pairs in-gym sessions with take-home accountability so parents see measurable improvements in confidence and performance.

  • Two tracks: Middle School (ages 10–13) and High School (ages 14–17).
  • Weekly small-group sessions capped at 12 athletes for individual attention.
  • Movement assessments, parent updates, and optional Fit3D scans every block.
  • Flexible drop-in punch cards for in-season athletes who need supplemental work.
