The call starts l with a few trivia questions around common myths to boost engagement. Examples of topics/myths:
- Following a very low calorie diet is the best way to lose weight
- Non-nutritive sweeteners are healthier than sugar
- All smoothies and juices are healthy
- High cholesterol foods are unhealthy (eggs, full fat yogurt)
- Carbs make you gain weight
- Choosing foods that are gluten free will help you eat healthier
- You should avoid all fat if trying to lose weight
- Lifting weights is not a good way to improve your health or lose weight because it will make you “bulk up.”
- Physical activity only counts if you do it for long periods of time
